But, wait a minute: a landmark study on sexual attitudes and practices of Americans ages 45 and older, commissioned by AARP and Modern Maturity magazine in 1999 and updated in 2004, found that although the amount of sexual activity generally decreases as one ages, the amount of sexual interest remains intact.
